Shipping address

Shipping methods
For your convenience, and for the sake of work efficiency, we always combine shipping into a single parcel where possible.
Choose from either (A) UPS or (B) Japan Post.
Don't worry - no extra fee is required whichever you chose.

(A) UPS - Efficient and one of safety transport, successively available for:
US, Canada, Mexico, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK, Belgium, Southern China and Hong Kong
(*South region of China only, for any detail, please contact us)

(B) Japan Post - for the rest of the world
Slower delivery, but nevertheless an efficient alternative way for those who prefer not to use UPS.
i.e. EMS, Airmail, International ePacket (only the purchases fit into 2 kilograms - service end in October), and Surface Mail.

* Unfortunately, the shipping method SAL is not available now.
Please remember that the order may be canceled because of the no-availability of the shipping method.

Apart from UPS and Japan Post, any other shipping method is not available.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price, and these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We cannot change the value of the products on the customs declaration form. Also, purchased products cannot be separated into different boxes in order to lower or evade taxes.

Holding & Tracking

Holding Items
Items can be held for up to 7 days (including weekends) from the date of purchase.
We CANNOT hold items that (a) have already been packed/shipped, or (b) you have not purchased yet.
Unless you requested us to hold them off, the order may be proceeded as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Tracking Items
Tracking numbers are provided in notification e-mails to your webmail address at the time of shipment.
These e-mails are sent to the address that you entered at registration (or at the time of purchase, if you are not a member).

Check the delivery status of your order at UPS or Japan Post.

Please remember to check the delivery status as often as possible in order to avoid the failed delivery before you knew it.

Refunds & Returns

Refund policy
We try our best to provide an accurate description of the condition of our items.
Please be aware of their vintage/antique nature, and be sure to check each photo when deciding whether to make a purchase.
We provide refunds if fragile items (that are not described as cracked) are damaged during shipping/delivery.
(Please include photos when you contact us in these situations.)

Return policy
Due to the vintage/antique status and delicate nature of our items, in principle, we do not normally accept returns.
However, as each situation is different, feel free to get in touch with us if something arises.

Damage report
In the event of a broken item, the insurance included in the Free EMS shipping requires that both the sender (we, the seller) and the recipient (you, the buyer) submit a damage report. In the event that either party doesn’t submit, the insurance becomes invalid.

In addition, as the customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility to pay, we can only give compensation for the broken articles.

● In case of the parcel(s) returned for some reason
If your purchase(s) was returned to us for any reason, the returned postage from your country to Japan will be charged. (Note that we will refund the amount after subtracting the returned postage from the item cost you paid in case of issuing a refund.)

In the event that the following cases ocurred, we will cancel the order(s) even after it was confirmed and/or the payment is confirmed.
- The item was no-available because it has already been sold out in our mulitple online stores.
- If the payment is not confirmed by the due date we specify.
- If we cannot reach the buyer(s) via email
- If incorrect price indication occurs, and the order was placed during that time frame.
