This appears to be a maru-obi that has been remade into a Nagoya-obi.
The reverse side is made of shunso fabric.
Excellent condition. It is perfectly suitable for use as material.
As this is listed as material, it may have slight spots, starch spots, slight fading, or blemishes.
I have not listed any issues other than lack of stiffness, tears, or severe stains.
