[Tokusen FUJIBAYASHI]
The first generation Tokusen, a weaver, had established a store that produced flags in Kyoto in 1680, and the name has been succeeded for generations over 300 years.
Token XII, the present generation Tokusen who was born in 1920, produces eye-catching kimono and fabric art using gold/platinum thread as weaving yarns decorated with special paints made of powdered jewels. His gorgeous works are highly praised both in and out of Japan.
