Customs duties and VAT

It is possible that you will be brought to pay the cost of customs duties or other taxes.
In order to increase work efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and shipping costs, we automatically consolidate paid orders.
For these reasons, as long as the weight does not exceed the limit allowed for each destination country, we can not divide a large order or send several orders separately.
The request to change the total value of the item can not be accepted. The change in the declaration of values is considered an offense under the law in force under penalty of almond or a penalty.
Please note that we will be pleased to cancel the order without refund for items that will be returned to us as "refused" by the recipient.

Broken or damaged items

Items sent by EMS are of course insured but we are entitled to a refund from the Japanese Post ONLY when both parties (seller and consignee) file a complaint and that it is recognized and accepted by the post of both country.
(If your approach was rejected by the post office, if possible, please specify the date, which post office you went to and which person you went to).
(Post Office staff often tell you that the shipper must file a complaint first, and these details will be very helpful to us.)
These regulations became stricter so we would be very grateful for your help.
